Released in 2018, Snowmass 2.0 is a beautiful variety that is the main ingredient used to make Ardent Mills Ultragrain Flour. In the field it provides excellent yield potential, drought tolerance, strong disease resistance, tolerates lower pH soils, and very good test weight and protein. Used primarily on dryland acres, but farmers can do very well with it under irrigation with good management. To ensure you get the maximum premium and ROI, manage fertility and crop health to capitalize on environments favorable for higher quality.
