Hoyt SF

Hard Red
Released in 2025, Hoyt SF is an improved variety to combat sawfly pressure and virus infections in the arid high plains. Solidness hovers around 14 to 15, providing enough harvest protection in mild to moderate infestations, and native triticum resistance to help guard against neighboring curl-mite populations. This variety has good test weight, but below average protein performance; under-fertilized fields will likely see lower proteins. Plant where mild to moderate sawfly and curl-mite risk is present. If sawfly pressure is high, consider blending with Amplify SF. PVP protected, SINGLE SEASON USE, no saved seed allowed until harvest 2030.
